Somehow we still have copies of this LP from the stash of Alan Jenkins, main man behind Deep Freeze Mice, Chrysanthemums, Cordelia Records, etc. "Steven Elsey met Martin Howells while at art college in 1983. They started writing and recording their brand of early industrial pop together in that year and produced two vinyl releases on Hamster Records as The Loch Ness Monster Industrial Poppies (1985) and Mosaic 44 (1988). These releases saw them both take on aliases _¢‚Ǩ‚Äú Steven Plesiosaur and Nils Phlamethrower. After the 1988 release they recorded one off tracks for compilations then had a 20 year rest." - Four Fins.
