"Mark Nauseef’s All In All In All is a richly detailed electroacoustic improvisation recorded in Cologne in 2001. The ensemble is a dense gathering of key figures from the experimental scene - Sylvie Courvoisier, Tony Oxley, Bill Laswell, Miroslav Tadić, Pat Thomas, Arthur Jarvinen, and Walter Quintus - each contributing fragments of acoustic and electronic material that blur into a unified, constantly mutating texture. Rather than foregrounding solos or linear development, the music operates as a kind of distributed cognition: gestures pass between players, are transformed, and re-enter the mix in altered states."
