Found tape from Toronto repair shop of what sounds like Newfoundland Police beating and shooting a man in the leg. Victim seems to be tied up in a room with a malfunctioning air conditioner that rattles with as much intensity as the anonymous pleading and screaming.Original 1/4 reel marked "Ouch My Leg". The guys in the shop thought I would get a kick out of it.
