Original, sealed copies of this stunning 10 LP series, which ran from 1969 to 1977. Primarily based around various vocal/sound poetry collaborations between two couples, Klyd and Linda Watkins and Peter and Patricia Harleman (solo or multilayered voice with very sparse instrumentation/effects), these LPs bridge the gap between private press "folkiness", Euro academic sound art, and desolate Jandek-like atmospheres. And strangely they managed to rope in Bernard Heidsieck, one of the founders of the sound poetry movement along with Henry Chopin and others, as well as the lesser known Fran_ɬßoise Janicot. Truly "heavy" sounds. Limited quantities.. "a record of oral poetry produced by Peter Harleman, St. Louis, Missouri, 1975, Out Loud Productions, out loud records OLP 109 (The Harlemans; Peter Harleman)" Small restock after being sold out for 4-5 years.
